DESCRIPTION

For some women pelvic floor symptoms and in particular pelvic pain can stem from tightness in the pelvic floor muscles. The Pelvic Release ball has been designed for women to release tension in the muscles around the pelvis. The ball is specifically designed to be small enough to be able to reach some of the pelvic floor muscles without having to insert anything inside the vagina (this ball is NOT designed for internal pelvic floor releases) but big enough to also release the larger muscles around the pelvis and hips.

DIRECTIONS

The pelvic release ball comes with a bonus 47-page digital E-guide/book that is a Women’s Health Physiotherapist guide to RELAXING the pelvic floor muscles to improve their function, improve the associated pelvic floor symptoms and reduce pain. This guide has in-depth educational information on the pelvic floor and common causes of tightness. It is then broken up into three practical exercise sections:

1. Breathe - which teaches you breathing techniques and positions to promote relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles.

2. Mobilise - this section teaches you our favourite mobility and stretching exercises to help lengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

3. Release - this section teaches you different ways to use your pelvic release ball to improve your pelvic floor relaxation and function.

There are video demonstrations for every exercise so you can be sure you are completing them correctly.
