Appropriate fluid intake is important for the overall health and bodily functions of women in all stages of life and can reduce brain fog, prevent constipation and improve bladder and skin health. Drinking too much or too little fluid can have a significant impact on our health, that is why we designed The Flow Bottle to encourage women to hit their fluid targets!

The correct amount of fluid intake is essential for new mums who are breastfeeding as the body is busy producing milk and therefore a little bit of extra fluid is needed. If you are breastfeeding, follow our fluid intake guide to make sure you are hitting your daily hydration targets.

Women of All Ages (Including Pregnancy)
Refill the bottle 3x per day at the designated times. Throughout the day gradually sip the recommended amount of water. Feel free to drink a small amount of other fluids throughout the day!

Total water intake = 2.4L per 24 hours

Breastfeeding Mumma’s
As above + in the PM fill the bottle half way up to the moon symbol. Gradually consume throughout the night if breastfeeding. This extra 400mls will help you hit your fluid targets with breastfeeding.

Total water intake = 2.8L per 24 hours

We understand accidents happen and glass can break. That is why we offer a free replacement glass bottle if this happens within the first 365 days of purchase, we only ask that you cover the shipping costs and provide a photo of the part that broke.

Love this bottle!

This is the perfect water bottle. I have been searching for a glass one with a straw and this one is the perfect size. It's keeping me hydrated through my pregnancy and no doubt will all through postpartum. Love it ❤️
