SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
At Flow Women we care about our customers and our goal is for you to receive your online order as fast as possible. We seek to ensure dispatch of your order within 48 hours of your order being processed. However, in some cases it may take longer.
In peak times (eg. promotional periods, Christmas, Easter, public holidays) there may be a delay in goods being delivered.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide for all orders over $149.
For orders under $149 the following rates apply:
Standard Shipping - $10.95
Express Shipping - $15
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Once you’ve purchased the eBook you will receive a confirmation email and a digital download email. To access your eBook, simply click the digital download link and save it to your device . Make sure you open this email and save your digital download. Each eBook can be downloaded only once, so make sure to save it on your device or in the cloud.

All orders are dispatched from our office located in NSW via Australia Post.

We do not deliver outside of Australia at this time.

On delivery you may be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you are not available to take delivery, your order will be taken to a local depot or post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details will be left at the delivery address.

RETURNS
All return items must be unopened, unused and undamaged in its original packaging. This must be done within 30 days of your purchase. The return shipping will be at your own expense unless the error is on our behalf. Once we have received your return packaging we will refund your order. To streamline the process please email hello@flowwomen.com with your full name and order number prior to your return.
All purchases for digital downloads are non-refundable. Due to the Ebooks being a digital product, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us at hello@flowwomen.com
We do not offer product exchanges however you are able to return an item that is unopened/unused in its original packaging and within 30 days of your purchase, you are then able to place a new order for the products you wish to purchase.
