All return items must be unopened, unused and undamaged in its original packaging. This must be done within 30 days of your purchase. The return shipping will be at your own expense unless the error is on our behalf. Once we have received your return packaging we will refund your order. To streamline the process please email hello@flowwomen.com with your full name and order number prior to your return.

We do not offer product exchanges however you are able to return an item that is unopened/unused in its original packaging and within 30 days of your purchase, you are then able to place a new order for the products you wish to purchase.

Of course! We think our products would make an amazing gift. When viewing your cart you will see a box to leave a message, where you can add a personalised message that will be sent with the products. At the checkout section under ‘Delivery’ simply put the Name and address of who you are sending the gift to, then enter your details in the ‘Billing address’ section.

Flow Women are proud members of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO). When designing our packaging it was extremely important to ensure that where possible we were designing sustainable packaging which had the lowest possible impact on the environment.

Across all our packaging you will find the Australasian Recycling Label symbols to ensure that our packaging is disposed of correctly.

Whilst the majority of our packaging is able to be recycled, our goal is to ensure that we achieve this across all our packaging in the near future.

We understand accidents happen and glass can break. That is why we offer a free replacement glass bottle if this happens within the first 365 days of purchase, we only ask that you cover the shipping costs and provide a photo of the part that broke. Please ensure to keep the lid and silicone sleeve and email hello@flowwomen.com with a photo of the broken bottle and your order number and we can begin the replacement process.

Yes! The glass bottle, silicone sleeve, lid & straw are all dishwasher safe. The glass bottle is made from high borosilicate glass. We understand being a Mum is busy and we wanted to make washing your bottle as convenient as can be.

Once you’ve purchased the eBook you can download the eBook only once. Make sure to save it on your device or in the cloud.
