We understand accidents happen and glass can break. That is why we offer a free replacement glass bottle if this happens within the first 365 days of purchase, we only ask that you cover the shipping costs and provide a photo of the part that broke. Please ensure to keep the lid and silicone sleeve and email hello@flowwomen.com with a photo of the broken bottle and your order number and we can begin the replacement process.

Yes! The glass bottle, silicone sleeve, lid & straw are all dishwasher safe. The glass bottle is made from high borosilicate glass. We understand being a Mum is busy and we wanted to make washing your bottle as convenient as can be.

Postpartum sizes vary immensely between women that is why we specifically designed these underwear to be one size. The size fits between AU 6-20, we developed an ultra-stretch waistband that allows this with optimal comfort and takes the guesswork out for you!
