Heat or cool our Ice & Heat Strips as per the below instructions.
Ice: Place in freezer for more than 1 hour place in ice cold water until cool.
Heat: Microwave for 10 seconds, if more heat is desired increase in 5-second increments.
Overheating may cause damage to the product or injury to yourself. Check temperature before use. Do not place directly onto the skin or open wounds. Insert the strip into our disposable covers. Based on physiotherapy advice use for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time, and wait until the skin has returned to normal temperature before using again this will be around 15-20 mins later.
Tip: 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off as many times as you need throughout the day.
