DESCRIPTION

Restore is a postpartum workout and recovery guide written and used by Sarah and Charlotte. Charlotte is a pelvic floor physiotherapist with a special interest in women's health. She is also a mother of two, whilst Sarah is a mother of three with years of experience in ballet and the fitness space.

Restore is designed to bridge the gap between having a baby and returning to the gym or your previous exercise routine. It focuses on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor muscles, as well as working on your overall body strength.

Our goal is that by the end of our 8-week program, you’ll feel more confident in your body and will have rebuilt your strength, stamina, endurance, and mobility. Restore aims to leave you feeling empowered to move your body again, with an even stronger appreciation for how amazing the female body truly is!

Restore is so much more than just an 8-week postpartum workout and recovery guide. This digital program is jam-packed with videos, discussions and demonstrations with both Charlotte and Sarah that address your most popular postpartum questions and areas. These chapters and videos include ab separation, pelvic floor work, prolapse and more!

Restore can be completed at home or at a gym with the following equipment…
