DESCRIPTION

This E-book is a six week guide designed specifically for helping your pelvic floor and core recovery in the first six weeks after giving birth. The guide was written by Charlotte Conlon, a pelvic/women’s health physiotherapist.

The guide has lots of educational information to teach you about your core and pelvic floor as well as bladder and bowel health. There are also tips and tricks to help you heal after giving birth.

The guide is progressive, meaning that it continues to increase in intensity each week matching your healing time frames. There are 5 sections to complete each week:
